Our Story: A Dream Realized
Founded in 2017 by Francois Joubert, Incendo Distillery was born from a decade-long dream of sharing some of the best spirits South Africa has to offer. Francois’s vision was to create not just high-quality spirits, but to offer an entirely new and exciting experience in the world of craft distilling. Regular distillery tours and tastings are run on Saturdays between 11:00 and 17:00.
