Guiding every adventure at Cashane Rangers is Ian van der Vyver, a FGASA certified guide with a BTech degree in nature conservation and two decades of experience in managing game reserves and leading tours. Ian’s passion for wilderness survival is matched only by his love for teaching. Having worked in renowned reserves across South Africa and Botswana, including the Limpopo Valley and the Okavango Delta, Ian brings a wealth of knowledge to every experience. His extensive training, including courses from WildlifeCampus and Boswa survival school, ensures that participants are learning from the best. With a level 3 first aid certificate, Ian’s commitment to safety is unwavering, making every adventure as secure as it is exhilarating.
